You can return the item for a refund within 14 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging.
Please read description on the items as some pictures show items that are not included. Returns will not be accepted for this reason, it’s important to read the description.
Please check over each section for any possible damage , any pictures of sets made up with damage will be classed as used goods . So take your time to check all corners for any marks etc before you build .
Some items cannot be returned, including:

all returns are paid by the seller, we will always send parts that need replacing free of charge so returns for damaged parts can be replaced
Installations
Our Installation partners are specialists in there field .Upon purchase they will contact you to arrange a survey and make arrangements for an install dates , all costs involved will be direct with the installer . Costs vary on the veranda size , bespoke work if required & location but this will all be discussed on the survey .
Returns

if you change you mind or would like to check the quality etc before hand , you can open a box while the courier is present if for any reason you feel you don’t want the set after a quick inspection please don’t accept and REFUSE the goods/ delivery , they will then be returned to us , we will refund you once we receive the items back . Minus the costs.
Return Packaging
All returned goods must be wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging & pallet if you would like to return the goods.
PERGOLAS
Please report any damage before build so we can resolve any issues , if damage if reported after build replacements will not be sent
For all change of mind , please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received them. Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, a penalty fee of 50% of the full product price (before any discounts) will be deducted from your refund.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap.
